Life Outside Of Being A Hypnodomme

Oops….I lost my panties….grin
I had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day yesterday. A lot of good people, and mmmm, the food was delicious. I went to a friend’s for dinner, and they have a very large family that has huge family events on the holidays. I always envied families like that when I was younger. The hustle and bustle of kids running around was great. I do miss having little ones around, though I am also thankful mine are grown…lol The holidays were always good for me growing up, but very small family. Since I went to Michigan early this year, I didn’t go there for Thanksgiving. I called and talked with my family there yesterday, and I miss them a lot. It was kind of odd not being there with them this Thanksgiving.
It has taken much longer than I expected for this dental work to heal, though I think most of it is impatience on my part. Each day becomes better as I continue to heal. I just need to find my patience…….damn, where did it go?
It sometimes amazes me what people expect from me. They can not conceive that I have a life outside of the realm of hypnosis, and that I actually had a life before I became a hypnodomme. In life there are ups and downs, and I have learned to appreciate the ups, and take the best knowledge I can from the downs. I have been fortunate enough to live my fantasies, allowing them to become reality. I know that D/s & Bdsm are not for everyone, but it is for me, and am very thankful I have lived that life real time and not just in fantasy. Though, this too, is only a part of who I am, and what I choose to share in my blog just gives you a small look into my life, it certainly doesn’t give you the whole picture.
I actually have a degree in computers, and have basically built every computer I have owned, except the last two (no…computer geek does not come to mind…) I got lazy, and the price was good…lol I think as I get older, it just gets easier to buy, than to build, and my interests have changed over the years. I have some wonderful things coming up in the spring and am really excited about them. Some of it will be attending some hypnosis seminars in Chicago. There is also a seminar here in January that I would like to attend, though timing will be dependant on that one.
My son is in the process of looking for a house(hopefully close by). I will be thrilled for him to have his own place and happy to have my privacy back, but I will miss having him here. It’s been a joy seeing him grow from the partying teenager to the nice, hard working young man he is today. I am quite proud of him. My daughter will be starting college next year here in Columbus, so this should be another interesting few years lol.
Oh, I just got a phone call and was invited out to go see Deja’ Vu at the theatre. So, I guess I am going to the movies this afternoon. I saw the previews for it and they looked pretty good.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and do enjoy your families as much as possible. Take hold of the laughter and the smiles making happy memories for your future.
Hugs!

Dear Lady Izzabelle – As one on the far periphery of the hypnofetish, I want to
tell you that your intelligence, candor and down-to-earthness (?) are incredibly
reassuring. It is a pleasure reading your blogs and commentaries. As somebody else
said (I think Bob Brown) – it’s vital that one has a real and trusting relationship with anybody one entrusts with one’s mind, as in hypnosis. You seem like a caring and real person as well as an amazing hypnodomme.
All the best
David
